Cookie Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies wearehumanmarketing.com (the “Site”) uses, why, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy. The Site is operated by Arturo Bueno (ditta individuale), Imperia (IM), Italy, P.IVA 02430690509, arturo@wearehumanmarketing.com.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in the same way. Some are needed for a site to work; others are used for statistics or advertising.
2. What we use
| Category | Purpose | Tools | Examples | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential No consent needed | Remember your cookie choice, your language choice, which plan you were looking at when you opened the booking form, and a random code that links the steps of the booking form to the same request (the last two until you close the tab). In the admin area only: keep the administrator signed in. | This site | hm_consent and hm_lang (browser storage), hm_plan and hm_lead (session storage), admin_token (admin area only) | Cookie choice: up to 6 months; language choice: until you clear your browser data |
| Analytics Only with your consent | Understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. | Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics | _ga, _ga_* | Up to 2 years |
| Marketing Only with your consent | Measure our advertising and show relevant ads. | Google Ads, Meta Pixel | _gcl_*, _fbp (and cookies set by Google and Meta on their own domains) | Up to 90 days for the cookies above |
| Chat protection Security, only when you start a chat | Check that the chat is used by a person and not by an automated program. | Cloudflare Turnstile | Security storage set by Cloudflare (names and durations are set by Cloudflare) | As set by Cloudflare |
| Booking calendar Third-party service, not covered by the choice above | Show the booking calendar on the “Book a call” page and let you schedule a call. | Calendly | Cookies and storage set by Calendly (names and durations are set by Calendly) | As set by Calendly |
Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept the matching category. The Meta Pixel is not loaded until you accept marketing cookies. The exact names and durations are set by each provider and can change.
3. Booking calendar (Calendly)
The “Book a call” page shows a booking calendar provided by Calendly. When you open that page, the calendar loads and Calendly may set its own cookies and process data under its own privacy and cookie policies. Calendly shows its own cookie notice inside the calendar, where you can manage its cookies. This service is part of the booking page: it is not controlled by the analytics and marketing choice above, and you can avoid it by not opening the “Book a call” page or by blocking cookies in your browser. In that case you can contact us at arturo@wearehumanmarketing.com.
4. Chat assistant
The chat assistant loads the Cloudflare Turnstile security check only when you write your first message. It is used to prevent abuse and is not used for statistics or advertising. The chat messages themselves are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Google Consent Mode
The Site uses Google Consent Mode v2 in its advanced setting. Before you make a choice, and whenever you refuse, all Google signals for advertising and analytics storage are set to “denied”: Google tags set no cookies and remove click identifiers, but they may still send cookieless measurement signals to Google (technical information such as IP address, browser type, page address and the state of your choice), which we use to count visits and understand overall traffic. The signals change to “granted” only for the categories you accept. See our Privacy Policy for the legal basis and your right to object.
6. How to change your choice
You can accept, reject or customize cookies at any time. Your choice is remembered for up to 6 months, then we ask again.
When you withdraw a category, we delete the cookies of that category that we can reach. Cookies set by other domains may need to be removed from your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies; the instructions are in the help section of your browser.
